Kemal Gülman, entrepreneur, businessman and the founder of Gülman Group, shared passages from his business life and the steps that brought the group to today in the book titled "Stories from Business - My Experiences, My Recommendations".
The book, which was published as a book of recollections in 2022 on the occasion of Gülman Group's 70th anniversary, by the encouragement of the general acclaim, was first put on sale as an audiobook on Storytel, and then in bookstores across Turkey through the distribution by Alfa Publications.
All proceeds from this book’s sales are donated to the Turkish Education Foundation.

I searched for and found everything needed for the development of the industry in my land and brought them to my country. I both served my country and created bright prospects for myself and my family. Honesty and integrity have always been my saviors. Just like my father, I benefited from being calm, gentle, and listening more than talking.
The book will have reached its goal, if my children, grandchildren and especially young business people can benefit from the slightest element of the story of Kemal Gülman, who took advantage of the opportunities of the Republic entrusted to us by Atatürk, this man who started full of hope his business life from scratch, completed 70 years in business, and felt the pride of serving his motherland."
“I'm doing what you say; to disband after me every day for my children, I would urge you to bust the accumulation of the family we have so far. Not only with the request, of course, our family members and we have tied up with family business management principles of... my only rules I have a dream. My grandchildren today; even with their children even when we perhaps even a century later with people from my family now 35-40 persons 70 years and reach a size of 400-500 first when I put my penny in the middle of borrowed capital to keep it, because I want to hold it easy to deploy, it is important to keep.”
“See you around, who's doing what Everyone comes inside and find a door, but just manages to be a good judge of what's going on in those circles who are permanent. In Turkey, it's not so easy to take a decision alone, looking at your own business, not at all. For that reason, you'll look around. My son Polat often ‘see,’ I say. Where you have the opportunity. Who is doing what. What's the situation in the world... what if you could make it work without looking around at what you can learn from the mistakes made earlier you can get inspired.”
