Founded in 1952, Gülman Group diversified its activities over the years, starting with foreign trade, and focused on the real estate sector from 1977 onwards. Since then, it has pioneered projects in the real estate sector by investing in residential, office, and warehouse properties.

The group's investment firm, Gülman Ventures, invests in innovative startups in various sectors from many countries around the world through venture capital funds.

Among the real estate projects implemented by Gülman Group to date includes Maslak Park Plaza, Ulus Tepe Mansions, Nest Ortaköy Residences, Üsküdar University Campus, Tuzla Warehouse, Çayırova Logistics Facility, Gebze Yonca Site, Sunset in Bodrum, Doğalkaya and Fiera Vista Houses. In addition to these lists is the Hipodrom Shopping Center project in Bodrum.
